Climate Solutions Symposium Web Header 2025

Poster Session

The Penn State Climate Solutions Symposium has announced a call for climate-related posters. Undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, extension educators, staff, faculty and symposium attendees are encouraged to present posters at an in-person poster session focused on climate solutions. All disciplines are welcome. The poster session will run in parallel with a reception from 5:15–6:30 p.m. (time subject to change) on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Poster Session Details

  • Poster presenters are responsible for printing posters and any costs for printing.
  • Poster presenters must register for the symposium. There is no cost.
  • Posters may be up to 36 inches (91 cm) x 48 inches (122 cm) in either landscape or portrait.
  • There is no approval process for posters.
  • Posters presented at other events are welcome.
  • Poster presenters must bring their poster to The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.
  • Poster presenters will hang their own posters after they check in for the conference at registration.
  • Poster boards will be provided.
  • Only Velcro (provided) may be used to hang posters on poster boards.
  • Posters must be removed by the end of the event. Posters that remain will be discarded.
