Poster Session

Undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, Extension educators, staff, faculty, and other symposium attendees are encouraged to present posters at an in-person poster session focused on climate solutions. The poster session is scheduled for the evening of May 14 in parallel with the Networking Happy Hour and Reception.

The deadline for poster registration is May 7, 2024, at 5 p.m., and space is limited. Posters presented at other events are welcome.

  • Poster presenters who only plan to attend the poster session and reception from 4–6 p.m. on May 14 do not have to register as attendees for the Climate Solutions Symposium.
  • Poster presenters who plan to attend additional parts of the symposium must register for the Climate Solutions Symposium.

Poster Session Details

  • Poster presenters are responsible for printing posters and any costs for printing.
  • Posters may be up to 36 inches (91 cm) x 48 inches (122 cm) in either landscape or portrait.
  • There is no approval process for posters.
  • Posters presented at other events are welcome.
  • Poster presenters must bring their poster to The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.
  • Poster presenters will hang their own posters after they check in for the conference at registration.
  • Poster boards will be provided.
  • Only Velcro may be used to hang posters on poster boards.
  • Velcro dots will be provided for posters.
  • Posters must be removed by the end of the event. Posters that remain will be discarded.
